American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA):
Recovery Package
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) was signed into law as of February 17, 2009.
Portions of the ARRA energy funds will be directly administered by the Utah State Energy Program which will be receiving these funds via the State Energy Program Formula Grant and the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant.
Both grants are federally administered by the Department of Energy (DOE).
